The password that will be set for administrative access to manage the plotter/scanner will be

The username will most likely be admin

Resetting the network drive mapping:

When set, the plotter shows the network mapping as “Z” drive.  If it’s showing D drive, it’s only talking to the local storage on the scanner


To set the drive mapping, click the folder icon at the bottom middle of the main screen

Add Network Connection

In Network Folder type \\colpotter\city\project\internal\largescans\building

Username is copierscans

PW is in Bitwarden under Copier Scan Account

Check Reconnect at logon


Scanner Printing to Plotter - Settings

The Scanner will walk you through the steps to connect to the Plotter

The Plotter prints a sheet that is scanned into the Scanner which creates the proper settings (a copy of this printout should be on top of the a shelving unit behind the Scanner)
