Run REGEDIT

File, Connect Network Registry on the computer (DP####)

Go to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server

Find DWORD fDenyTSConnection

Change value from 1 to 0

Next time pc is restarted it will take effect.

To remotely restart pc, from a command prompt

Shutdown -m \\dp#### -r
