Apex Sketching Software Instructions
NOTE: If a user gets errors when attempting to open an Apex sketch from within Equalizer (although they are able to open the same sketches using Apex) such as:
"Handle Error 6, C:\EqualW\APEXMED.EXE /L=C:\PROGRAM FILES\APEX SOF..."
"Thread Error 6"
Please refer to the reinstallation procedures described in the document attached to the "Equalizer Installation" posting found in our Procedures\Equalizer Outlook folder, listed in the "Issues Resolution" section at the end of the document.
For issues with a user not being able to link an Apex sketch within Equalizer (they add a sketch to a parcel, the .JPG file gets created in N:\DIgitalSketches, but when they come out of the parcel and go back in to view it they get "No sketch exists. Would you like to create a new one?"), please refer to the "Issues Resolution" section described above.
