Denovo Network Shares

We have several folders on Denovo cloud servers that users in Accounting, Purchasing and HR need to access. Each department has a login to access these folders via File Explorer.

Users access these folders as follows:

Open File Explorer and type in \\172.21.1.22 in the search bar:

You will be prompted for a username\password.

Username: username

Password: password

Click to Remember my password so you do not have to continue to type this in each time you access the share.

Then you will see the folders.

The Username\password combinations are in Dashlane under “JDE Denovo Network Share [dept]” where department is either accounting, purchasing or HR.
