Meeting setup is done by the department running the meeting. 


Examples of staff members with experience:

  • Leanne Scott

  • Sara Roediger

  • Lisa Cummins


Choose a meeting host and that person will run the meeting and work from the Auditorium running that end. (This person should set up a practice meeting and practice the host responsibilities.)

It’s simpler than it appears in all of the documentation.


Zoom account login information can be found in Dashlane.


Auditorium Instructions:

In a nutshell, host would:

  • Turn on the A/V system.

  • Sign into the Zoom meeting on two computers.

  • Start the digital recorder.

  • Assist any residents attending in person.

  • Eat a bag of popcorn.

  • Stop the digital recorder.

  • Exit the Zoom meeting.
