Meeting setup is done by the department running the meeting.

Choose a meeting host and that person will run the meeting and work from the Auditorium running that end. (This person should set up a practice meeting and practice the host responsibilities.)

Zoom account login information can be found in Dashlane.
Auditorium Instructions:
In a nutshell, host would:
Turn on the A/V system.
Sign into the Zoom meeting on two computers.
Start the digital recorder.
Assist any residents attending in person.
Eat a bag of popcorn.
Stop the digital recorder.
Exit the Zoom meeting.
