1099 Form Software- Accounting

Each year Accounting purchases the 1099 Fire software to run 1099 tax forms. The software must be downloaded, installed and activated.

Typically the link to the executable must be vetted and allowed through the firewall.
Then it is downloaded to the following folder: G:\Install\mistools\1099Fire
Then it is installed on the appropriate computer and the shortcut is set to Run as Administrator.

An activation code is needed for installation. Please remind the Accounting employee to keep the activation code with their purchase information in case her computer crashes or needs to be replaced.
