Replacing the Meter Read Computer

The above install folder includes a User Guide that walks you through System Backups and Restore.

When we replaced the computer in 2018, we left the previous computer in place for a couple weeks so Accounting Staff could confirm that the new install was working properly.

Set Up

Accounting has a folder that includes the necessary settings for the software. Encourage them to go through the settings to make sure they are correct after a computer replacement or software upgrade.
