Bi-Annual Update of "Property Description Map" on Website/Intranet

(Previously called Sidwell maps, but we're not supposed to call them that.)

(Replacing the appropriate updated pages.)

In \\ww4\inetpub\wwwroot Choose the appropriate Map Section (i.e. Sec1SidwellPages.pdf) and replace the appropriate page as follows:

Choose “Document” then “Replace Pages” then Browse to the replacement page in N:\websites\rhweb\pdffiles\maps\Sidwell Book (i.e. Page 01A.pdf)

Double click the appropriate file and Choose “Ok” when it asks if you’d like to replace the page.

(Note:  The link at the bottom of each section page that returns you to the Property Description Map should not need to be replaced.)

If you need to replace the cover page, temporarily save the cover page PDF on your computer, use replace pages option to add in the updated cover page.  Save to N:\websites\rhweb\pdffiles\maps\SidwellBookBySectionMap_Date.pdf.  Ask whoever is doing our website updates to replace PDF on our website with the updated PDF.

The link to the "Propert Description Maps" is the same on the website and on the Intranet and does not change.
