 \\Colpotter\Apps\Garapps\ScaleDB\scale1.mdb – DPS Scale Database: used for tracking DPS vehicle weight, type of material hauled, driver, date & time,  purpose, location, and for printing a summary report at the end of each day.   - (Created by K. Hewelt)

 \\Colpotter\Apps\Appdata\Assessing\BORDB\ BrdRev.mdb – Board of Review Database - used by the Assessing Department to gather various types of data from Equalizer Assessing, which is then displayed on a one page report used by the Review Board in the annual meetings with residents who are disputing their assessed property values. - (Created by K. \\Colpotter\CLE2\VITALSTATS\VitalSTats.accdb - Vital Stats Database - used in Clerks to track birth and death certificates. (Created by Bill Sauer and Margaret Casey)

(MIS) i:\Gis\Projects\WebMaps\ArcGISOnline\MapIndex.mdb - used in MIS to track all web maps, services in each web map, AGO reference number, application URL, location of each feature class or table used to create services used (created by Bill Sauer and Linda Kuhn)

N:\GIS\CITYDW\Data\Streets\StreetNames\StreetList.mdb - official list of all City of Rochester Hills and City of Rochester street names, used by Street Naming Committee.  Also includes address range, jurisdiction, project name.

 "N:\GIS\Department\pub\DB\Edison_Meters\addresses.mdb" - created for Facilities to keep track of miscellaneous addresses assigned to something other than an actual building,  to assist them in paying Detroit Edison bills.  It’s use was expanded to include other departments that would ask about a miscellaneous address.  Examples are electricity for PRV’s, subdivision entrance lighting, water meters, lift stations, Detroit Edison poles, etc.  (created by Bill Sauer)

“P:\\Eng\Database\Source.mdb” - created for and updated by Engineering as a list of all project names to feed Lucity domain (table is Lucity.dbo.ProjectName) via a nightly script that runs on a server (Ricky, I think).   Engineering updates Source.mdb and then notifies MIS to manually enter any new codes and descriptions into  a matching domain used in Atlas called aDomainProjectName that is attached to fields in utility feature classes.  (created by Bill Sauer)
