Reindexing the Database

If the program is freezing or graying out for various processes, try reindexing the database.

Important before you Index:

It can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 20 minutes
Everyone must be out of the module
1. Confirm everyone is out of the database by going to
  Program Setup => Administration tab => Who’s Logged In . . .

Reindexing the Database:

Click File => Database => Advanced = >Rebuild Database Indexes . . .

Check the box confirming all users are out of the current database

Click Yes
