Placing or Removing a Printer From Service
If we take a printer out of storage or remove a printer from service and either place in storage or remove completely from service we need to contact Applied Imaging. We are invoiced monthly for print images for every printer in service - meaning connected to our network via IP address and part of our service agreement with Applied Imaging.
For the monthly bill they read each printer connected to our network to charge us for actual usage. If for some reason we do not notify them when we pull a printer from service they bill us with an estimated read unless we notify them that we no longer use the printer/copier.
As a courtesy we should then notify them when we place printers back in service as well.
