As of 07/05/2012 we can use the following web site to track our print counts.

Account Info

As a result of the agreement between City of Rochester Hills and Applied Imaging, your account has been successfully setup and configured.  The next step is to install the software so that it is able to collect the usage information and consumable supplies levels on your printers.  The installer can be found at the following URL:

You may access your account at anytime in the future by browsing to https://appliedimaging.fmwebaudit.com

The software used to poll the printers by SNMP is installed on the Win7Admin2 PC in the data center.

It is called FMAudit Onsite. It collects data about the printers and sends it to the website above.

You can run a simple report to print the counts from all printers on a specific day.

Reports/Single Day Report

At the bottom just above the "Generate Report" button pull down the drop down list and select

"Print Counts" then click the "Load" button.

Select the day you want to run for the report.

Then click "Generate Report"

After the report generates you can click Print at the top to print it or you can

click "Export as XLS" at the bottom of the screen.
