All PayPal purchase notifications go to the treasury@rochesterhills[.]org email address.

Forwarding is set up in that account using Filters.

Each PayPal button has a code that signifies the type of payment (Example: ParOLP refers to a Parks online purchase). The specific forwarding is triggered off of that code.

ParOLPUnit

MusOLP

MusOLPUnit

Bloomer/Yates

If someone needs to be added or deleted, you need to sign into that email account and make the changes in those settings.

All PayPal emails are forwarded to Linda Osiecki and Margaret Casey.

Treasury Email Account
The login information is in the MIS password keeper, but the password is managed by Treasury. So if the password in the password keeper isn't working, reach out to Treasury to get the new password or work with them to change it.
