Experiencing error in PDQ "Not run due to unable to verify collection membership..."’

When trying to push installs through PDQ, we were receiving the error “Not run due to unable to verify collection membership..”

This may be related to an error Duo on some computers

We resolved the issue by going into PDQ Deploy:

Selecting Options > Background Service >

Select Restart. Should be able to deploy apps now.
