The path

cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package

"DUOWLMSI.tmp" in a folder from which you can install the product Duo Authentication for Windows Logon x64.

 

Error on PC, two instances of Duo were installed. We were able to remove the incorrect version and install the correct version through PDQ.

 

In this instance, PDQ was not working so we had to remove the device from the network.

Then we logged in as the user / local admin / or domain admin.

 

Uninstalled Duo ourselves and tried to manually reinstall. The manual was not working, had to go into PDQ and Restart the background service.

 

In PDQ, hover the “options” tab, > click on “background service” > click “restart”, then try to install Duo again.

 

Additionally, if all else fails, might be able to remove the specific computer from the GPO that pushes DUO Application to PC’s, or adjust the GPO to have that computer ignore the policy.
