Google Department Calendars
Each Department has their own staff calendar in Google Calendar. In order for a user to see that calendar, they have to add it to their list of calendars. The user must do the following:
To add a department calendar to “My calendars”:
Select and COPY your department calendar address (INSERT PROPER URL FROM LIST BELOW)
Open your Calendar.
Click in Add a coworker's calendar.
Right click and choose PASTE, and then press Enter.
The calendar now appears in your listing. By clicking on the calendar name, you toggle the calendar on and off to view what is currently on it.
