Temporary QVF Election Aides now require individual email addresses for signing into the QVF online portal. Below is the process for setting up a temporary email account as needed.


Google Setup/Restrictions

Create user and assign to the QVF-Election Use Only organizational unit (OU).


The QVF-Election Use Only OU is set with the following restrictions:

  • All Google Apps except Gmail and Chat are OFF

  • All Google Services (which includes YouTube) are OFF

  • Internal/External emails are restricted to within our domain and the following two external (QVF) addresses:

If an email is sent from any other address outside our domain than the above, the sender will receive the following message:

  • The email address you are sending to is restricted. Please email the clerksoffice@rochesterhills.org for further assistance. Thank you.

REMINDER! BetterCloud will move new users to the Main OU and add them to the two default Groups (Engage RH and MonkeyVine) automatically. So once created, give it about a half hour and move them back to the correct OU and delete them from those groups.
