Pollbook Setup

The laptops are set up with two local admin profiles: pollbook and election (passwords in DashLane)

Setup using the Windows 10 instructions, but don't add it to the rh.gov domain. Name it based on the DP Asset number and add it to Workgroup.
Change adapter settings: Disable wi-fi and bluetooth. The ethernet adapter is used for paired laptops. (See Election Paired Laptops Setup)
Do not:
1. Turn on Remote Desktop Connections
2. Install Barkly (we use Windows Defender for virus scans)
Run Windows Updates
