UNLOCK SQL ACCOUNTS
Start, Run, mstsc
Sign into Trapper
Click on SQL Management Studio (in bottom tray)
Make sure you’re on Trapper in the tree on left
Open Security that is directly under Trapper. Don’t mistakenly open security that is under the individual database names (GISData, GISDevelopment, Other CVT)
Open Logins
Scroll down and find user name that is locked (such as RHC)
Right click on user name, Properties
Click on Status (top left)
If the user is locked out there will be a check mark next to “Login is locked out”. Uncheck this box.
Don’t hit OK.
Go to General (top left)
Type in their correct password, retype to confirm password. Be careful to type their password correctly as you don’t want to accidentally change it by typing it incorrectly.
Click on OK.
Now if you look at Status it will not show the user as locked out.
